These terms describe the current scope of Uns and the choices you make when using it.

Who can use Uns

Uns is intended for adults in supported countries. You must meet the age requirement for your country of residence and provide accurate account and residence information. Keep your password private and use your own account.

What the service provides

Uns provides AI conversations, reflection tools, check-ins, and resources for wellbeing. AI responses can be mistaken. Screening results are not a diagnosis, and the app does not replace care from a qualified professional. Availability and features may change as the service develops.

Urgent support

Uns is not an emergency response service. Crisis support screens provide contact options and their verification status. Opening a contact does not mean anyone has been notified or that help is on the way.

Your content and choices

Only submit material you are entitled to share. You choose what to write, upload, and explicitly share with a connected clinician. Review the privacy policy and the explanation next to each consent or data-control action.

Plans and payments

Paid plans and organisation subscriptions are not available for purchase through the current frontend. Viewing a proposed plan does not buy it or change your existing account tier. The pricing page explains what each available action does.
