Privacy policy
This page explains the information used by Uns and the privacy choices available in the app.
Information you provide
Uns uses the account details, profile information, conversations, check-in answers, journal entries, and files you choose to provide to operate its features. Relevant conversation context is processed by the configured AI service to generate responses.
Saved information and your device
Conversations and journal entries are saved to your account. Your personal coping plan and its device reminders are kept in this browser. Device storage can be lost if you clear it or change devices; you can export your coping plan from its editor.
Sharing with a clinician
A clinician connection requires your sharing consent and the clinician's acceptance. The selected sharing level controls access. Individual journal entries are included only when you choose to share them. Notes written to you by a connected clinician are visible to you.
Research choices
Research participation is optional and controlled by separate consent. You can review or withdraw that consent in Profile. Optional research surveys can be dismissed without completing them.
Your controls
Profile provides controls to download account data, clear AI memory, manage consent, and request account deletion. Clearing AI memory does not delete your journal or conversation history. Read the explanation shown by each control for its scope and any retention limits.
